All plan prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are charged extra at the prevailing rate. Prices and plan features may change with prior notice.
Monthly, 3-month, 6-month and yearly billing must be paid in advance for the chosen period. The discounted monthly rate applies only when the full period is paid upfront. Late or unpaid bills may lead to suspension of service.
A free Wi-Fi router is provided only with the 100 Mbps and 150 Mbps plans on yearly (12-month) billing. For other plans and billing periods, pay a ₹500 deposit and get a Wi-Fi router for use with your connection. When you return the router in working condition, the ₹500 deposit is refunded to you.
Installation is scheduled after the first payment is confirmed. The customer must give access to the premises and a suitable place for the equipment. Installation is subject to network availability at the address. Installation charge is ₹500 for the 1-month and 3-month packs. Shifting the connection to a new address costs ₹500. These charges are extra and exclusive of applicable taxes.
Pay ₹3000 and get the 75 Mbps plan for 6 months. This offer is valid till 31 December 2026 and cannot be combined with other offers.
Router and other equipment supplied by Standard Broadband must be kept safe by the customer. Damage or loss caused by the customer may be charged. Free routers are given for use with the active connection.
Speeds mentioned are the maximum speeds of the plan. Actual speed may vary due to Wi-Fi range, device, network load or maintenance work. Connections are for personal or business use at the registered address only, and must not be resold or shared commercially.
Report any internet problem through phone, WhatsApp or email. We will try to fix it as soon as possible. Service may be paused briefly for maintenance or due to reasons beyond our control such as power cuts or line damage.
To cancel or shift a connection, inform us in writing (WhatsApp or email is accepted) before your next billing period. Amounts already paid for a completed period are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
The connection must not be used for any illegal activity. We may suspend or disconnect the service if these terms are broken.
